5. IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

» Place the moisture analyzer on a stable, horizontal surface.
» Avoid placing near radiators or direct sunlight to prevent heat interference.
» Protect from direct airflow (open windows, doors).
» Avoid vibrations during weighing.
» Keep the instrument away from high humidity, steam, and dust.
» If moving the device from cold to warm environments, allow it to adjust for 2 hours before use to prevent
condensation.
» Static electricity and electromagnetic fields can affect accuracy. Ensure stable power and adjust location if
needed.
6. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Adjust Level:
Align the instrument using the leveling bubble until it is within the designated circle.
Note: Regularly check whether the instrument is in a level.
Power On: Turn on the device and allow 20-30 minutes for preheating.
Calibration:
8701-RM20
Hold [Tare] button until "LOAD 100" appears on the display, place a 100 g weight on the scale, and hold [Tare]
button again for about 3-5 seconds. Calibration completes when "100.000 g" appears on the display. After
successful calibration, the instrument automatically returns to the weighing mode.
8701-RM30 / 8701-RM40
Press [Tare] button to clear, then press [Cal] button, "LOAD 100" appears on the display. Take off the scale and
place a 100 g weight on the triangle support frame (remove sample pan), and hold [Cal] button for about 3-5
seconds. Calibration completes when "100.000 g" appears on the display. After successful calibration, the
instrument automatically returns to the weighing mode. Place back the scale.
Zeroing: Press [Tare] button and wait until the display shows zero.
Sample Weighing: Press [Tare] button to zero the scale, then place the sample, and wait for the "OK" signal on
the lower left side of the display to ensure stability. After that the displayed value on the display is the sample
weight value.
Overload Warning: Exceeding the maximum load will display an error ("E" or "H"). Reduce the load to prevent
damage.
Settings: Press [Menu] button to enter settings. Navigate with [Tare] button, confirm with [Start] button, and exit
by pressing [Tare] button until "ESC" appears, then confirm with [Start] button.
