5.4.2 Connecting the attachments
• Attach the extension tubes (14/21) and/or an attachment (13/19/20) to the
hose (1) as desired (Fig. I).

» Before operating the appliance, carefully read and understand the content of this
manual. Conduct a thorough inspection to ensure safe and efficient operation.
WARNING! Risk of explosion and fire hazard!
» Never vacuum asbestos, flammable fluids, such as petrol, oil, solvents, etc. Do not
operate near flammable fluids or gas. Never vacuum fluids or material hotter than
60 °C, such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes, etc.

» Never use the appliance without a filter (17a/18) attached (see chapter 5.3
Attaching/detaching the filter).

» Conduct a test run with the appliance to ensure it runs properly and is ready for
operation.

» When the plug (10) is connected to an outlet, the electrical outlet (15) can be used
as a power source. The max. load of the electrical outlet (15) is 1000 W.
6.1 Switching on/off
1. Connect the plug (10) to a suitable outlet.
2. To switch the appliance on, set the on/off/sync switch (16) to position i.
3. To switch the appliance off, set the on/off/sync switch (16) to position 0.
4. Remove the plug (10) from the outlet.
6.2 Synchronisation function
1. Connect the plug of the dust producing device to the electrical outlet (15).
2. Set the on/off/sync switch (16) to position II:
– When the dust producing device is switched on, the appliance automatically
switches on after 3 seconds.
– When the dust producing device is switched off, the appliance automatically
switches off after 5 to 10 seconds.
6.3 Vacuuming function
nOTiCE!
» When vacuuming large quantities of liquids, do not immerse the
attachment (13/19/20) fully in the liquid. Leave a gap at the tip of the
attachment (13/19/20) opening to allow air inflow.
