5. Use the temperature control knobs to set the preferred temperature to
which the water in the tanks should be heated.
Each of the water tanks has a separate heating control. Once heating begins,
the orange heating light will illuminate and turn off when the set
temperature is reached. The thermostat will keep the temperature constant.
6. Place the pasta to be cooked in the basket, then place the basket in the
appliance. Carry the basket only by grasping the handle. The RC-PM004 is
additionally equipped with a GN container for keeping food warm.
Special care should be taken when removing baskets or food from the GN
container as the appliance gets very hot and hot steam is released.
7. Check the water level in the containers regularly, as water evaporates during
heating.
Top up the water if necessary.
8. When you have finished using the appliance, turn the temperature control
knobs to the "0" position, and then disconnect the appliance from the power
supply.
9. Empty the water basins. Letting the water cool down to avoid the risk of skin
burns is recommended. Place the water tank under the drain tap outlet, then
unscrew the cock and wait for water to flow out.
Close the drain plug and drain the containers.
The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection. If the protection is
triggered, remove the cause of its activation and then reset it by removing the
cover and pressing the "Reset" button.
Each of the elements is equipped with individual protection.

a) Cleaning
Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning,
adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used
to clean the unit.
d) After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well before the unit is used
again.
e) Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
