An automatic over lap welding machine for welding roof sealing sheets.
Heating system:
The hot air temperature is continuously adjustable and electronically regulated. Depending on the material
thickness, the nozzle position can be stepless adjusted if necessary.
Joining force:
The joining force can be changed by adding or removing the additional weight.
Drive:
Stepless adjustable and electronically controlled. The control circuit is designed in such a way that the welding
speed set in each case remains constant regardless of the load.
Use:
The device can be used on the parapet, on the eaves sheet, in the area near the edge and with normal overlap
seams by setting the wheels to the appropriate position.
Security:
The device has a restart protection, i.e. in the event of a power failure the device is automatically switched off
and must be restarted manually with the main switch.

If the power cord of the device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer
service or a qualified person in order to avoid hazards.
•
The device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety and got instructions on how to use the device.
•
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
•
Due to the risk of fire, special training of the operating personnel and their regular instruction is
required.
•
A fire can occur if the device is not handled with care.
•
Do not leave the device unattended while it is in operation.
•
Take care when using the device near flammable materials. Do not operate in the same place for
a long time.
•
A fire extinguisher must be provided in the work area.
•
Do not operate in the presence of an explosive atmosphere.
•
Heat can be conducted to combustible materials that are hidden.
•
There is an acute risk of fire if the welding machine comes to a stop due to any malfunctions while
the hot air machine is running (max. Temperature of the nozzle and air flow 620° C). Therefore,
special attention must be paid to the subsurface and the materials to be processed.
•
Do not use the welding machine on a flammable surface (e.g. wooden roofs, wooden floors, etc.).
•
The device has a degree of protection of IP20 and must therefore not be exposed to condensing
moisture or rain.
•
When using the device on roofs, tables, etc. there is a risk of falling due to the automatic feed.
Appropriate precautions must be taken to ensure that the fall is safely prevented.
•
The automatic welding machine can work up to a maximum gradient of 30 ° with the support of the
user.
•
Warning: risk of poisoning! When processing plastics or similar materials, gases and vapors can
be generated that can be aggressive or toxic. Avoid breathing vapors, even if they seem harmless.
Always ensure that the workplace is well ventilated or wear a respirator.
