Stacking the trays
Before loading the trays with food, ensure they are all right-side up – the narrow side of
the tray is the top. Look for the alignment arrows on the tray handles. The arrows
should be visible on the top of each handle.
You can stack the trays in two ways: for thick foods and thin foods. Rotate a tray 180
degrees to change the stacking height. Refer to the photos below to see the difference
between tall and short stacking.
Combine different stacking heights to fit the foods you are drying. For example, use
short stacking for banana chips and tall stacking for large strawberry halves. When
properly stacked, trays will lock into each other, regardless of the height combination.
Set trays in place, ensuring all the
arrows on the tray handles are visible
on the top.
Trays stacked for thin foods:
Rotate a tray 180 degrees to change
between tall and short stacking.
