Usage Instructions
* Place the product on a flat, stable surface. To avoid damaging the floor, it is
recommended to use a floor mat.
Step 1: Stand on the floor behind the stepper and place your left foot fully on the left
pedal until it stops moving on the floor.
Step 2: Place your right foot fully on the right pedal.
Step 3: Begin moving up and down slowly to familiarize yourself with the stepper's
motion. If you want to adjust the pedal resistance, get off the pedal first, then
adjust the strength adjustment lever before using it again.
- Exercise at least once every two days, starting with five minutes, and gradually
increase the exercise time to 15 minutes, then 30 minutes.
- To reduce muscle soreness, do stretching exercises after your workout.
- Drink plenty of water, take deep breaths, relax your body, and exercise in a relaxed
state.
