4. TOTAL COUNT
Counts the total number of rowing strokes from 0-9999
5. DISTANCE (DIST)
Counts the total distance from the start to the end of the exercise
6. CALORIES (CAL)
Counts the total calories consumed from the start to the end of the training session. The range is between

0.0 and 9999 KCAL.
Press the MODE button until

preset number of calories, the monitor will sound an alarm for 10 seconds. The maximum preset calorie
count is 9999KCAL

Press the MODE button until "CAL" appears, put on the heart rate belt and keep the distance between the monitors
within 1 meter. The monitor will display the heart rate after 6-7 seconds.
• in the first 2-3 seconds, the heart rate may be slightly higher than the actual speed due to the non-tabular
test, but it normalizes after a few seconds
Note: The test results are not suitable for therapeutic use.
NOTES
If you do not give a signal for training or operation for 4 minutes, the device switches off automatically.
