TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly, check whether you are
able to rectify the problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps below, contact the customer service
department.
The device does not work.
The blade attachment (1) is not fitted correctly in the
motor unit (2).
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug socket correctly.
The plug socket is defective.
The device switches off.
Food is blocking the blades.
The device is overloaded because the contents are too thick
or something has become caught in the blades.
The device is overloaded because it was switched on for
too long without a break.

Do not attempt to repair an electrical device
yourself!
► Correct the fit.
► Correct the fit.
► Try another plug socket.
► Detach the blade attachment (1) and carefully remove
the blockage.
► Detach the blade attachment (1) and remove some
of the contents or add liquid and carefully remove the
blockage.
► Pull out the mains plug and allow the device to cool
down for around 10 minutes.
