SAFETY
Intended use:
The digital weekly timer switches the power to the connected consumer on or off in an
adjustable manner. The device is only intended for use in closed, dry rooms and only for
private use. The device may only be operated individually. Do not plug several timers in
succession. Any other use is considered improper. The manufacturer assumes no liability
for damage resulting from improper use.
Operating instructions:
Read these operating instructions thoroughly before using the device. The operating
instructions belong with the device, even if it is passed on.
Basic safety instructions:
· Do not use the device commercially.
· Children or mentally disabled persons do not recognise the dangers that can arise from improper
handling of electrical appliances. Never allow them to use electrical appliances unsupervised.
· Only fully insert the device into securely installed sockets.
· Only connect consumers within the specified power limits of the device.
· The consumer's plug must be fully inserted into the timer.
· Do not cover the device. Heat can build up under the cover, creating a fire hazard.
· Regularly check the device for damage. Do not replace damaged parts; instead, contact
the manufacturer or dispose of the defective device in an environmentally friendly manner.
· Do not open the device. After opening the device, all warranties are void.
· Do not touch the device with wet hands and do not expose it to water.
· To disconnect the device from the power supply, disconnect it from the mains.
· Do not connect radiators or similar consumers to the device, as these must never be
operated unattended.
