2.3 By pressing the buttons „HOUR" (hours), „MIN" (minutes) and „SEC"
(seconds), you program the switch-on time. (Pressing the „R" button will delete the
programmed switching time. Pressing the „R" button again will restore the deleted
switching time.)
2.4 Press the „PROG" button again to program the switch-off time. „1 OFF" is indicated
in the display (program number/switch-off time).
2.5 By pressing the buttons „WEEK", „HOUR", „MIN" and „SEC", you program the
switch-off time.
2.6 Press „PROG" again to program further switching times (up to 9). To do so, proceed
as described steps 2.2 – 2.4.
2.7 To exit program mode, press „CLOCK". The device automatically
returns to operating mode when no button is pressed for a period of
1 minute while in program mode. The display switches from the
switching time program to time of day.
Hint: Ensure that the WEEK setting of the switch-on time
matches the switch-off time in the max. 9 switching times.
3. Manual activation/deactivation
By pressing „ ", you can switch manually between AUTO (automatic activation/deactivation
according to programmed settings), OFF (permanently switched off) and ON (permanently switched
on). AUTO, OFF and ON are indicated in the bottom line of the display.
4. Special functions
When you press „WEEK" and „HOUR" simultaneously, you activate the Random func-
tion. A circle on top of a black circle is shown in the display. When the Random function
is activated, the programmed switch-on and switch-off times are randomly extended by
2 – 32 minutes. The Ransom function is deactivated again by simultaneously pressing
the „WEEK" and "HOUR" a second time. The display now only shows the black circle. By
pressing the "HOUR" and "MIN" keys at the same time, you can activate or deactivate
the summer / winter time. If daylight saving time is activated, this is indicated by a circle
being displayed above the black circle.
5. Reset button
Pressing „RESET" will delete all programmed settings, including the current time of day.
