■ Never place heavy objects on the
device or the connecting cable.
■ Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and to
avoid possible damage.
SAFETY DEVICES
If the device is used several times
in succession, safety protection
automatically kicks in after 15 times.
This prevents the sealing strip (10) from
overheating, which might cause the fi lm
to melt or make it impossible to produce a
correct weld seam.
The Vac Seal / Cancel (17) and/or Seal
(16) control lamps fl ash and the device
cools down for 2 minutes. The device
cannot be restarted for this period of time.
FUNCTIONS
All settings can be made by pressing
the buttons on the control panel. The
respective control lamps indicate the
selected mode and operation.
VACUUM
The vacuuming process is started via the
Vacuum button (13).
PRESSURE
The vacuum level of the device can be set
individually via the Pressure button (14):
Normal
Suitable for almost all food
and objects (approx. 0.6 bar)
Soft
Suitable for soft food, for
example soft fruit, vegetables,
or other soft objects (approx.
0.3 bar)
The default setting is Normal.

FOOD
The Food button (15) can be used to
defi ne whether dry or moist food is being
wrapped up.
Dry
Suitable for dry food and
objects (approx. 18 seconds)
Moist
Suitable for moist/wet food,
for example food containing
oil or a lot of water (approx.
21 seconds)
The default setting is Moist.
SEAL
The Seal button (16) is used to activate the
sealing strip (10) in order
○ to produce a bottom seal if bags are
being made from the vacuum fi lm.
○ to produce a seal on for example crisp
packets, coffee bags etc. in order to
seal food airtight.
VAC SEAL / CANCEL
The Vac Seal / Cancel button (17) is used
to start the vacuum packing process and
then activate the sealing strip (10). The
device automatically switches off after the
process has ended.
The process can also be cancelled at any
time using this button.
USE
Please Note!
■ During the vacuum packing process,
small quantities of liquids, crumbs or
food particles may be pulled into the
vacuum channel. Clean it after every
use.
■ Due to the risk of anaerobic bacteria,
fresh mushrooms, onions, garlic and
soft cheese should never be vacuum
packed.
