In the event of that the desk is not functioning properly, please use the following information
for a solution.
After exceeding the working duty cycle
requirements - the desk might be
overheated and an electronic
protection is activated.
(Duty cycle: max 2min on/18min off)
When pressing the down key,
the device goes up instead
Un-plug the power cable from the
socket. Wait 18mins.
Plug in the power cable again and press
up/down
Check if there are any obstacles or hanging
cables under the table. If obstacles - remove
them. They might hinder the desk to go down.
If cables, stick them under the table top using
the provided cable clips (10)
a. The specific steps to reset
Method 1: Long press the down key. The table
will move to the lowest or highest position and
then rebound until it stops. At this time, the
display screen will show the height in numbers.
Release the down key to complete the reset.
Method 2: Press and hold the "3" and "4" keys
for 3 seconds to view the software version of the
device. Once the viewing is complete, continue
to hold the "3" and "4" keys until the LED display
shows " ", then release the keys. This will
enter the reset mode. To reset, continue to hold
the down key until the display shows the current
height, then release the down key. The reset is
now complete.
b. When the desk is not working going up or down
= press and hold the down key until the lifting
system reaches the bottom.
