INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Always use correct type of sandpaper disc for type
of work to be performed.
Keep hands and tools clear of sandpaper disc when
in use.
Mounting and setting up
Check machine is disconnected from mains.
Fit lock handles (7) on each side of table (4) using
washer, lock bolt, lock handle a spring and a screw
through angle bracket on underside of table (a).
Set table to horizontal position, tighten both lock
handles.
Secure machine to a firm surface using bolts (not
included) through the four mounting holes (8).
Machine must be absolutely level and unable to
vibrate during use.
Fitting sandpaper disc
Fit self-adhesive sandpaper disc (2) by carefully
peeling off protective film. Apply sandpaper disc
to mounting disc (3), ensure disc is centered.
Distance between sandpaper disc and table must
be max. 2 mm.

Setting angle of table
Slacken both lock handles. Adjust table to desired
angle. Check angle on angle gauge on side of
table. Tighten both handles.
Setting mitre angle
The mitre setter (5) can be set at an angle of
between 0º and 45º to left or right for sanding
angles or mitre joints.
Slacken handle (6) for mitre setting and turn to
desired angle. Check angle on angle gauge on side
of table. Tighten handle.
Use
Set table- and mitre setting angle.
Switch on at on/off switch (1) and allow to reach
full speed. Check disc rotates freely.
Place item on table and against mitre setting,
and present carefully and slowly to sandpaper disc
against direction of rotation.
Do not press item hard against disc.
When item has been sanded sufficiently or when
checking it, carefully withdraw item from disc and
switch machine off before removing item fully.
Cleaning
Brush regularly.
Lubricate moving parts with oil.
Replace carbon brushes when worn.
