* The core temperature is the temperature in the middle of the foodstuff. The
indications in this table are for orientation only.
Cleaning
· Clean the measuring probe before and after each use with
warm water and a mild detergent. Afterwards dry it off
completely.
· Wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth only.
· Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids and do
not clean it in the dishwasher.
· Do not use any sharp or pointed objects, gasoline, solvent,
scrubbing brushes, or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
