The Hector 7HD can be used to:
• Preview the Live View image and compose shots.
• Zoom and Focus.
• Review recorded video.
• Note: Video recording must be started or stopped from
your camera.
Using the Hector 7HD Menus
The Hector 7HD offers many customizations through the
device's menus.
1. Press the menu button
2. Pressthe Source button to cycle through the menus
(Picture, Sound, Time, Option and Software Upgrade).
3. Pressthe Right Selection Button to gain access to the
selected menu screen.
4. Pressthe Source button to cycle through the menu
items.
5. Pressthe Right Selection Button to enter the edit
mode for each menu
6. Pressthe Source button to cycle through sub-options.
7. When the changes are made press the Menu button to
make the change. This Will return to the last sub menu.

Adjusting volume
1. The volume of the Hector 7HD speaker can be
adjusted using the Left or Right Selection buttons
while on the main display screen.
2. The volume can also be adjusted using the IR remote.

The IR remote can be
