Maintenance

6.1

Maintenance instructions

• Dry the filter and the air inlet of the tool.
• Lubricate the quick coupling to prevent blockages.
• Lubricate the device daily with a good grade of
pneumatic tool oil.
• If you do not use a lubricator for the air line, allow
one teaspoon of oil to run through the device.
• The oil can be injected into the air inlet of the tool
or into the hose at the nearest connection to the
air supply, then let the tool run.
• Anti-corrosive oil is suitable for pneumatic tools.

3. Do not exceed the maximum air pressure of 6.2
bar (90 psi) or the value indicated on the rating
plate of the device
• Pneumatic tools must be lubricated throughout
the entire life of the tool. The air motor and the
bearing use compressed air to start the tool. The
moisture in the compressed air causes the
compressed-air motor to rust; you must lubricate
the motor daily.
• Avoid storing the device in a location with high
humidity. If the tool is left as it is used, the residual
moisture inside the tool can cause rust.
• Lubricate the tool before storage and let it run for
a few seconds.
