3. If the scale is not switched on you will see

LCD display.
4. Step on the scale with both feet. Distribute
your weight evenly and wait for the scale to
calculate your weight. Hold the display
vertically or horizontally over the infrared
lamp on the scale.
5. The reading on the display initially flashes
2x, then your exact weight will be shown.
When you step off the scale, the device
will switch off automatically after 20
seconds.
Programming your
personal data
Attention: Carry out the following opera-
tions one after the other and within a few
seconds or the device will automatically
interrupt the programming mode!
1. Push the MODE button to switch on the
display. Wait until "WT 0.0 kg (0.0 lb./0:0
St:)" appears on the display. Use the UNIT
button to select your preferred unit (kg, lb.
or St:).
2. Push the
MODE button
again. Then,
push the SET
button to
change to the
programming mode. 'SEt' appears in the
LCD display, then 'P 01' (storage location)
starts to flash, and the preset symbol for
'male' and the preset value for the height in
cm (in.) are shown (fig. 6).
3. Select a storage location using the P/
ATH/ buttons.
4. Then push the SET button and the display
changes to the next setting.
