7. FRESCOVAPOR
(only for model Polti Vaporetto Diffusion)
FrescoVapor is an air freshener that contains
natural substances. When mixed with steam it
releases a fresh perfume in every space and,
thanks to its special composition, it is able to
eliminate bad odours.
To use Frescovapor, proceed as follows:
• Unscrew the cap (4) of the deodorant
reservoir and fill it with FrescoVapor (5).
• Screw the tank cap back on taking care to
fasten it correctly (6).
• It's possible to adjust the quantity of
FrescoVapor to be mixed with the steam by
turning the knob, close to the steam button
(7).
• In the OFF position, the deodorant is not
mixed.
• At the "min" position, a minimum quantity
of deodorant will be mixed with the steam.
• At the "max" position, a maximum quantity
of deodorant will be mixed with the steam.
The surface will be slightly damper, since
FrescoVapor mixes with the steam being
dispensed.

WARNING: Do not swallow. Keep out of the

WARNING: Never put FrescoVapor in the
boiler. Only use water in the boiler, following
the instructions listed in the section 1.
WARNING: Before using FrescoVapor on
upholstery, leather, special fabrics and
wood surfaces, consult the manufacturer's
instructions and always carry out a test on
a hidden area or sample of the material.
Allow the steamed part to dry to make sure
that no changes in colour or deformations
have occurred.
8. OUT OF WATER
When the appliance no longer releases steam,
it means that there is no more water in the
boiler.

WARNING: Never fill the boiler as soon as
the safety cap has been opened when the
boiler is still hot, even if the appliance is
unplugged from the mains. On contact
with the hot, empty boiler, cold water will
evaporate producing a spray of steam
which can cause burns. Only fill the boiler
when cold and always keep your face away
from the boiler mouth when filling.

To continue with use, proceed as follows:
• Unplug from the mains electricity.
• Act on the steam request lever until steam
flow ceases.
• Wait 10 minutes and remove the safety cap,
unscrewing it without force.
• Leave the appliance to cool for another 10
minutes.
• Filling the boiler as indicated on section 1.
• Carefully screw the safety cap back on,
checking that it is completely closed.
WARNING: If,
cap spins freely or if steam is escaping,
immediately stop the operation, ensuring
that the boiler is switched off and the power
cable is unplugged from the mains. Wait
for the appliance to cool (two hours) and
unscrew the cap before removal. PROTECT

9. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any maintenance on the
device, always unplug it from the power mains
making sure that the product has cooled
down before proceeding.
To clean the outside of the appliance, only use
a damp cloth and tap water.
All accessories can be cleaned using running
water, ensuring they are completely dry
before the next use.
Do not use detergents of any kind.
After using the brushes, we recommend
letting the bristles cool down in their natural
position, in order to avoid any deformation.
