7. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE - TAS
Cecomixer Easy has a guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase, always
and when you save and send the invoice, the product is in perfect physical con-
dition and is in proper use as described in this instruction manual.
The guarantee does not cover:
• If the product has been used outside capacity or utility, abused, beaten, expo-
sed to moisture, treated with liquids or corrosive substance, as well as by any
other fault attributable to the consumer.
• If the product has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by persons not
authorised by the official Cecotec TAS.
• If the incidence is caused by normal wear and tear of the parts due to use.
• The cost of collecting the product or delivery ports.
If ever it detects an incidence with the product, should contact your dealer or
the customer service officer of Cecotec and send the invoice of purchase of the
product by e-mail:
