DISPOSAL
You are legally obliged to separate old equipment from household waste
and to recycle it at local collection systems, or to have the manufacturer
reuse them. In addition, used batteries are separated from household
waste and must be deposited at a collection point in your community,
your neighbourhood or the retailer.
GUARANTEE
Your s.Oliver wristwatch is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of
purchase; this covers material and manufacturing faults. It does not in-
clude wearing parts such as batteries, the watch glass and strap, nor
does it include damage caused by improper handling, neglect or by ac-
cident. Improper use particularly refers to the failure to observe main-
tenance instructions and the reference to the water-tightness.
Please submit the watch together with the completed guarantee form
and proof of purchase to lodge a claim. In the case of a claim, the watch
repairs are free of charge. If this is not possible or uneconomical, you
will receive compensation in the form of an identical or similar model.
Federal Republic of Germany: As a matter of choice, the rights granted
to the purchaser by this guarantee are available to him/her in addition
to the statutory claims that the purchaser has for a period of 24 months
from delivery of the watch against the watch seller.
