Adjusting the belt tension

1. Remove the stainless steel cover (TORX 8)
2. Loosen the two M8 bolts on both sides (0.5 -1 re-volutions) until the

sledge can freely move (fig. 12)
3. Use a 3mm allen-wrench to rotate the turnbuckle to adjust the sledge
left and right (fig. 13).
4. To de-crease belt tension turn counterclockwise. To in-crease belt
tension turn clockwise.
5. Checking Belt tension (page 33).
6. Take care that the rear wheel sits even between the chain stays.
7. Tighten the two M8 bolts on both sides with the torque stated in the
chart (from page 42) and assemble the stain-less steel cover

Removing the tooth belt

1. Remove the rear wheel (see on page 31)
2. Remove the stainless steel cover. For this remove the two countersunk
bolts M2.5x8 with TORX 8 (fig. 14)
3. Remove the drop out sledges by loosening the M8 bolts with a TORX-40
(fig. 15).
4. Remove the bolt M6x55 which you can find at the bottom side of the
drop out (fig. 16)
5. Remove the frame key
6. Remove the belt trough the gap at the drop out (fig. 17).
7. The assembling is in reverse order. Make sure that after assembling the
belt is in instructed track. The belt must
