NEITHER WACOM NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CREATION,
PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND
THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT, EVEN IF
WACOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME
COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU.
In the event that any of the above limitations are held unenforceable, Wacom's liability for
any damages to you or any party shall not exceed any statutory entitlement to damages,
or the purchase price you paid, regardless of the form of any claim.
This Limited Warranty is valid for and only applies to products purchased and used inside
the countries and territories of Asia Pacific excluding Japan, the People's Republic of
China, Hong Kong, and countries in the Middle East. This Limited Warranty is a statement
of the current warranty policy of Wacom and takes precedent over all other warranty
statements contained in packaging, brochures, manuals, etc.
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Japan and is subject to change without

Precautions

- Parts of the device can present a choking hazard. Keep away from children. Small parts
may accidentally be swallowed.
- Please recycle batteries in accordance with the manufacturer recommendation, following
all local laws and regulations.
- The product has parts made of metal. If you show symptoms of metallic allergy during
use, stop using the product, and consult a doctor immediately.
- If you are using a screen protector on your screen, you may experience a different
stylus-on-screen feeling when writing or drawing. For this reason, we do not recommend
using a screen protector.
- Do not store the product so that the pen tip is continually depressed.
