Avoid using the charger in adverse environmental conditions.
The following are unfavourable ambient conditions:
- excessive humidity (> 75 % relative, condensing)
- wetness and dampness
- dust and inflammable gases, vapours or solvents, petrol
- excessive ambient temperatures (> approx. +40°C)
In the case of incorrect handling (excessive charging current or incorrect polarity),
the accumulator can be overcharged or destroyed. In the worst case, the accumula-
tor could explode and cause considerable damage.
Never touch the charger with wet or moist hands. Danger of electric
shock!
Never unplug the plug-in power unit from the mains socket by pulling on the connec-
ting cable! Always disconnect it by gripping and pulling on the housing only.
Keep transmitting devices (mobile telephone, transmitting systems for model making
etc.) away from chargers as the transmitter signal could interfere with charging and
possibly break the charger and thus the accumulator.
Never connect your charger to the mains immediately after it has been taken from a
cold room to a warm one. The resulting condensation could, under adverse circum-
stances, destroy the appliance. Allow the appliance to reach room temperature befo-
re connecting it to the power supply.
Remove the batteries/accumulators if the appliance will not be used for longer peri-
ods of time to prevent leaking.
Leaking or damaged batteries/accumulators can cause burning if they come into
contact with the skin. It is therefore advisable to use suitable protective gloves.
Make sure that the batteries/accumulators are not short-circuited. Do not throw bat-
teries/accumulators into fire.
Batteries should not be recharged. Danger of explosion!
When operating a remote-control model, you are responsible for your actions and
any of the consequences. It is therefore advisable to take out a private liability insu-
rance.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly. Plastic film and/or bags
and polystyrene parts etc. can become dangerous toys in the hands of children.

The polystyrene ring on the UFO has adhesive strips that protect it against
damage. If the model becomes damaged during flight, you can repair it
with the adhesive strips supplied.
Repairs other than those just described should only be performed by
an authorised electrician.
Solution
Only attempt lift-off when
the red light diode on the
UFO flashes slowly.
Replace the batteries
of the hand-held transmit-
ter. Check the correct
polarity of the batteries.
Move closer to the
UFO.
Avoid bright light sources
or only fly in sufficiently
high rooms.
