• Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out according to this instruction manual to make
sure the appliance functions properly. Turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
• Cleaning and maintenance tasks must not be carried out by children.
• Store the appliance and its instruction manual in a safe and dry place when not in use.
• Make sure the fan is not placed near drapes, curtains, or any objects that may be drawn
into the fan
• Do not run cord under carpeting and do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like.
Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
• Use the fan in a well-ventilated area. While using, distance of no less than 20cm should be
kept away from wall or corner to ensure the air intakes.
2. BEFORE USE
ASSEMBLE:
• The fan is packaged with its foundation and/or other parts unattached. You must attach
them before operating the fan.
WARNING: Never operate without its foundation and/or other parts attached. Do operate the fan
only in upright position; any other position could create a hazardous situation.
Assemble sequence of the foundation and other parts as follow:
1. Unpack the fan and remove all the parts from the package.
2. Use the bend bolt and the press plate provided to attach the stand post assemblies to the
base.
3. Adjust the lift pole to a desired length, then lock it with the screw lock ring. d. Loose the
locknut and insert the lift pole into the hole located on the bottom of the switch case in
place, then fasten the locknut back tightly.
4. Use the fasten nut for back grill to attach the back grill to the fan head and use the fasten
nut for fan leaf to hold the fan leaf in place fully.
5. To attach the front grill to the back grill, you should use the grill ring carefully to hold them
together and fasten the grill ring with the screw provided.
Before using the fan make sure that it is on a flat and stable surface. Damage may occur if it is
placed on an incline or decline.
3. OPERATION
Set all the switches to OFF position, then insert the plug directly into a standard AC socket-outlet.
Be sure plug fits tightly into outlet.
1. Rotate the timer knob counter-clockwise to ON and press the button speed to start the fan
and select the fan speed level: 1 (Low), 2(medium), 3I(high). To stop the fan, just press the
button "0".
