cAUTIOn!
❐ Danger of burns! Allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning it.
❐ Switch the device off before cleaning it and pull the plug out of the mains socket. Never
immerse the device, the cable or plug in water. never place the device in the dishwasher!
❐ Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the device. Do not use any glass cleaner.
❐ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning pads for cleaning. These could
damage the surface.
❐ Never use sharp or pointy objects like knives or forks to remove baked-on food.
• After use, remove all food residues from the baking tray and clean it with clear, warm
water and a little mild cleaning agent. You should also clean the rack, the pizza stone and
the rotating spit in this way.
• The baking tray, the rack, the pizza stone and the rotating spit can also be cleaned in the
dishwasher.
• If necessary, clean the device on the outside and inside (including the covers for the heating
elements) with a damp cloth and then wipe down the surfaces so that they are dry. You
can also use a cleaning agent which is suitable for ovens. Please follow the instructions on
how to use the cleaning agent.
• If the crumb collection tray is full, remove it from the device (with the glass door closed!).
Remove any food residues and rinse it with a mild cleaning agent and warm water.
• Allow all parts to dry completely before you put them back into the device and store it
away in a dry, clean place that is out of the reach of children.
