Safety Instructions

Intended Use

❐ The device is designed for broiling, toasting, baking and warming up food.
❐ The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer or a separate remote
control system.
❐ This device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
❐ The device must only be used as described in the operating instructions. Any other use
is deemed to be improper. Incorrect operation and improper handling can lead to device
malfunctions and user injuries.
❐ This device should not be used by people (including children) with impaired sensory or
mental faculties or who do not have adequate experience and/or knowledge of such de-
vices, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or have received
instructions from such a person on how to use the device. Children must be supervised in
order to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Danger of Injury

❐ Please keep the device and packaging material out of the reach of children and pets. There
is a danger of injury and suffocation!
❐ CAUTION: Danger of burns! The device will become very hot during use. Please make
sure that you do not come into contact with heated parts while or after using the device.
Only touch the handle, the On/Off button and the buttons on the control panel. To
remove the hot baking tray and rack, always use the small gripper or oven cloths/kitchen
gloves. To remove the rotating spit, always use the large gripper.

For Your Health

❐ There may still be some production residues on the device. In order to avoid health
hazards, clean the inside of the housing, the rack, the baking tray, the pizza stone and the
rotating spit thoroughly before you first use them (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter)
and heat the device up for 15 minutes without any food in it.
