TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Red LED lights do not
come on when unit
turned on.
The LED lights do not
change to blue once
the unit has been
on for at least 15
minutes.
The LED lights flash
red.
The unit does not
catch mosquitoes
when the fan is
running and the LED
lights are blue.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
Used products should be handled separately
from household waste. They should be taken
for recycling in accordance with local rules for
waste management.
Cause
No power in socket.
The unit is not correctly
connected to power unit.
Lack of LPG.
Error in start-up cycle.
Lack of LPG.
The LPG cylinder's valve is
closed.
The regulator is not correctly
connected.
The end of the circular mesh is
not positioned over the opening
in the collector.
The circular mesh is blocked.
The mosquito trap is not
positioned as instructed.
Windy, cold or stormy weather.
Action
Check that there is power in the
socket.
Check the connections from the
transformer to the unit (low-voltage
cable).
Change the LPG cylinder.
Switch the unit OFF, wait 5 minutes
and then restart.
Change the LPG cylinder.
Open the LPG cylinder's valve.
Check that the regulator's coupling
is correctly positioned and/or is not
leaking.
Connect the end of the circular mesh
to the opening on the collector.
Clean the circular mesh. See page 4.
Move the mosquito trap to a different
location. See the guidelines for
positioning in the user manual.
Wait for more favourable conditions.
