1. INTRODUCTION
We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of our cordless drill. We appreciate your trust. That's why functio-
nal security and operational safety are our priorities.
To prevent damage to persons or property, you should read this user manual carefully. Please
observe all safety precautions and instructions for proper use of the product. Failure to follow the
instructions and safety precautions can result in injury or property damage.
Please keep this manual with the instructions and safety instructions carefully in order to at any
time you can restore them.
2. IN GENERAL
The cordless drills are developed according to the newest stand of technology, manufactured with much care and go
under strict, intensive and individual controls. After unpacking, please make sure that the data on the type label of
your drill matches with the one from the operating conditions. In case of doubt, do not use the drill!
Transport damages have to be reported immediately to the delivery service (usually DHL) and to us in a written way.
By transport with DHL please contact your local DHL (www.dhl.com) office within 7 days.
3. RANGES OF APPLICATION
The cordless drills are for every work, you want to do, if your muscularity not satisfy e.g. for some very hard material
do you want to drill. Our drills are particular made for domestic use, e.g. at hard accessible areas that you arrive very
bad with a heavy drilling machine. But also for daily work that you want to do, for example to build an shelf or to put
something up like a picture or other. Our cordless drills are very multifaceted to use and it will not disappoint you.
4. OPERATION
Notice that the cordless drill battery is fully charged before use. The memory effect can be reduced. The
lifetime can be increased. Fix the bit into chuck. If you press the forward or backward button, you can check
out the charge condition of the battery. The drive should work directly. When this isn't in case, please charge
the battery. If applicable you see a dip-switch on the box of this tool (according to products). It's enough to
press just a little with your finger. The machine stops automatically, if you take your finger down from the pull-
switch.
PLEASE NOTICE:
l The battery of your OPTI-DRILL and POWER DRILL has to be removed by sliding it forward - not pulling!
l The switch of the torque adjustment may be a little hard to change in the beginning - this will normalise after a few
movements (in our experience around 3-10 times).
