MALFUNCTIONS

You may eliminate the following malfunctions yourself.
For all other malfunctions, the following applies: inform the manufacturer.

MALFUNCTION ELIMINATION
First screw is
Ensure that the first screw is under the bit BEFORE THE FIRST SCREWING.

The screws are To reduce the screw-in depth, turn the thumb wheel
screwed too deep. clockwise – see 5.2 Setting the screw depth.
The screws are not To increase the screw-in depth, turn the thumb wheel
screwed in deep enough. anti-clockwise – see 5.2 Setting the screw depth.
Stop the machine! Don't try to turn anti-clockwise!
Remove collated screws, re-tighten screws or remove
screws with an external hand screwdriver.
Screws screwed halfway
Restart the screwing process! The first screw must be secured under the bit.
IMPORTANT: NO LOOSE SCREWS IN THE AUTOFEED!
