Aussenführung montieren /

Outer guide installation
Die Aussenführung [D] in die dafür
vorgesehene Bohrung der Tür ein-
stecken und mit acht Senkkopf-
schrauben M5 an der Türaußen-
seite montieren. Abhängig von der
rechten oder linken Version bei der
Montage der Außenführung auf die
Markierung TOP RH oder TOP LH
zu achten.
Insert the outer guide [D] into the
designated hole in the door and
mount it on the outside of the door
using eight countersunk screws
M5. Depending on the right or left
version, pay attention to the TOP
RH or TOP LH marking when
mounting the outer guide.

Square pin installation
Den Vierkantstift [F] entsprech-
end der Türstärke in die Verbin-
dungsrolle [G] einstecken und mit
dem Gewindestift SW 4 mm [H]
verschrauben [6-7 Nm].
Insert the square pin [F] into the
connecting roller [G] according to
the door thickness and secure it
with the threaded pin SW 4 mm [H,
6-7 Nm].

Mount the interior guide
Die Innenführung [E] in die vorge-
sehenen Bohrung der Tür einstecken
und mit acht Senkkopfschrauben
M5 an der Türinnenseite montieren.
Abhängig von der rechten oder
linken Version bei der Montage der
Innenführung auf die Markierung
TOP RH oder TOP LH zu achten.
Insert the inner guide [E] into the
designated hole in the door and
mount it on the inside of the door
using eight countersunk screws
M5. Depending on the right or
left version, pay attention to the
TOP RH or TOP LH marking when
mounting the inner guide.

Füllstücke & Lamellendichtung

einlegen / Insert filler pieces
and lamella seal
Füllstücke [J] auf Vierkantstift
aufstecken. Das erste Füllstück
dabei mit der Hakennase
[K - Abbildung Detail 1] oben
positionieren und auf die
Führungsrille [L - Abbildung Detail
2] der Verbindungsrolle schieben.
Je nach Türstärke entsprechende
Anzahl von Füllstücken verbauen,
dabei werden diese jeweils wie
abgebildet mit einem Versatz von
1
90° aufgesteckt und verbunden.

Abschließend die Lamellendichtung
[M] auf den Vierkant schieben.
ACHTUNG: Die Lamellendichtung
muss zuvor eingefettet werden.
Attach filler pieces [J] onto the
square pin. Position the first filler
piece with the hook nose [K -
Image Detail 1] at the top and
slide it onto the guide groove [L -
Image Detail 2] of the connecting
roller. Depending on the door
thickness, install the appropriate
number of filler pieces, ensuring
they are attached and connected
as shown with a 90° offset. Finally,
J
slide the lamella seal [M] onto the
square pin. CAUTION: The lamella
seal must be lubricated before.
Aussenhebel montieren /

Mount exterior lever
Den Außenhebel [I] um 45°
[nach rechts oder nach links] zur
Vertikalen gedreht vollständig in die
Außenführung [D] einführen. Dann
in die vertikale Stellung drehen.
Damit ist der Außenhebel gegen
herausdrücken gesichert.
Rotate the exterior lever [I] 45°
[to the right or to the left] to the
vertical position and fully insert it
into the exterior guide [D]. Then,
rotate it to the vertical position.
This secures the exterior lever
against accidental dislodging.
