Die integrierte Rauchgasabsaugung

Atmen Sie die Schweißrauche und -gase
nicht ein.
Schweißbetrieb ohne eingeschaltetes
Absauggerät ist nicht zulässig.
Rauchgasabsaugung regelmäßig warten.
Ist das Einhalten der MAK-Werte (max.
Arbeitsplatzkonzentration) nicht möglich,
muss eine zuätzliche Absaugung instal-
liert werden.
In beengten Räumen eine Atemschutz-
maske mit Luftzufuhr tragen.
Für ausreichend Frischluft sorgen.
Entzündliche Dämpfe (z.B. Lösungs-
mittel-Dämpfe) vom Strahlungsbereich
des Lichtbogens fernhalten.
Zum Schutz vor Schweiß-
spritzeranhaftungen an der
Gasdüse, Kontaktspitze und
Achtung!
Absaugdüse, dürfen nur
sprühbare Antihaftmittel ver-
wendet werden!
Es dürfen keine Düsen-Fette/-Pasten,
sowie Antihaft-Pasten oder ähnlich zäh-
fließende Produkte (Geles) verwendet
werden.

Toxic welding fumes and
gases pose a risk to health!
WARNING!
Do not inhale welding fumes or gases.
Welding without an operating suction unit
is not permitted.
Regularly service
the fumes extraction.
Should adherence to MAC (maximum
allowable concentration) values not be
possible, an additional suction unit must
be installed.
When working in confined spaces,
always wear a compressed-air respirator
Always allow sufficient fresh air for
ventilation.
Keep flammable fumes (e.g. solvent
fumes) away from the radiation field of
the arc.
Use only sprayable non-stick
agent on the gaz nozzle, con-
tact tip and suction nozzle,
Caution!
for protection against weld-
ing splatter biulding!
Do not use nozzles fats/pastes, and non-
stick pastes or similar viscous products
(gels).

No inhale los vapores ni los gases de
la soldadura.
No está permitido soldar si el sistema de
aspiración de humos no está encendido.
Compruebe regularmente el sistema de
aspiración de humos.
Si no es posible ceñirse a los valores
MAK (concentraciones máximas en el
área de trabajo), se debe instalar un
sistema de aspiración adicional.
En espacios estrechos, se debe llevar
una mascarilla respiratoria con sumi-
nistro de aire.
Encargarse de que haya suficiente aire
puro.
Mantenga alejados los gases inflama-
bles (p. ej. vapores de disolventes) del
campo de radiación del arco eléctrico.
