Wartungshinweise
Die Schweißgarnitur ist durch die Verwendung
hochwertiger Bauteile weitgehend wartungsfrei.
Um einen störungsfreien Betrieb zu gewähr-
leisten, empfehlen wir regelmäßig Kontrollen
durchzuführen. Die Häufigkeit der einzelnen
Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten richtet sich
hierbei nach den Einsatzbedingungen der
Schweißgarnituren. Jeder Anwender sollte sich
daher einen eigenen Wartungsplan erstellen.
Bei jeder Kontroll- und War-
tungsarbeit unbedingt den
Netzstecker ziehen!
Stellen Sie sicher, dass während der War-
tung niemand die Spannungsversorgung
einschaltet!
Ziehen Sie den Kompaktstecker, sowie
ggf. den Steuerleitungsstecker der Gar-
nitur von der Spannungsversorgung ab!

Drahtelektrodenabrieb und
Schweißspritzer beim Aus-
blasen der Schweißgarnitur
mit Druckluft!
Tragen Sie immer eine Schutzbrille
oder -visier.
Um eine einwandfreie Funktion zu gewährleis-
ten, müssen folgende Arbeiten in regelmäßigen
Abständen durchgeführt werden:
● Allgemeine Sichtprüfung der Garnitur auf
Schäden und Abnutzungserscheinungen.
● Alle lösbaren Verbindungen auf korrekten
Sitz überprüfen
● Materialabrieb des Drahts, (abhän-
gig von der Drahtqualität und der
Fördermenge) durch Ausblasen
der Drahtführungsspirale und des
Drahtförderschlauches mit Druck-
luft (max. 6 bar) entfernen.
● Nach eigenem Ermessen wechseln:
• K ontaktspitze
• G asdüse
• D rahtführungsspirale
• S pannmutter
• G asverteiler
• G asdüseneinsatz
• u nd alle anderen relevanten
Verbrauchsmaterialien
● Die Garnitur vor übermäßiger Knickbean-
spruchungen bewahren, um die Lebens-
dauer zu erhöhen.

Maintenance instructions
Due to our use of high-grade components, the
torch set should require very little maintenance.
However, we recommend for you to conduct
regular inspections of torch set to ensure
continued functionality. Individual checks and
maintenance tasks should be performed at
regular intervals, depending on the conditions
under which the torch set is operated. We
recommended that each individual user create
an individual maintenance schedule, to ensure
proper recording of all regular and scheduled
maintenance of the torch set.
Always unplug the torch set
before starting any inspec-
tion or maintenance work!
During maintenance, make sure that
nobody switches on the voltage supply!
Disconnect the compact plug and, if
needed, the torch set's control-cable
plug from the voltage supply!

Always wear safety goggles or a visor
while using this torch set.
To help ensure trouble-free functioning, the
following inspections should be made at regular
intervals:
● Conduct a general visual inspection of the
torch set for signs of any damage or wear.
● Check all removable connectors to ensure
they are properly seated.
● Remove any abraded wire (depen-
ding on wire quality and feed
quantity) by blowing out the liner
and conduit hose with compressed
air (max. 6 bar).
● Replace the following items as needed:
• C ontact tip
• G as nozzle
• L iner
• C lamp nut
• G as diffuser
• G as nozzle insert
• a nd all other relevant consumables
● To increase the life span of your torch set,
do not subject the torch set to stressful
conditions such as excessive bending.

mantenimiento debido a la utilización de piezas
de alta calidad.
Para garantizar un funcionamiento sin pertur-
baciones, recomendamos llevar a cabo cont-
roles regulares. La frecuencia de los controles
individuales y de los trabajos de mantenimiento
se ajusta según las condiciones operativas
de los juegos de soldadura. Cada usuario
debería crear por lo tanto su propio plan de
mantenimiento.
