1.1 Phobya – silent passion
Thank you for choosing a Phobya product. Phobya stands for passion, performance,
high standards and safety. A system equipped with Phobya products is cooled best
and can therefore perform to its maximum. The design of the Phobya portfolio is
matched without sacrificing performance. Information about new and current
products is given on the Phobya website.

Safety and warranty

Due to our constant quality controls we are able to offer a product that is
outstandingly safe. This product was pressure-tested to ensure a perfect seal. We
give a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date). Should any feature
of the product fail and/or inflict damage to the hardware within this period of time
please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product. Please make sure
that the product is installed professionally or by a professional. Check the product for
any damages or faults before installation and only install the product if no faults were
found. Damages to the product and/or the hardware due to unprofessional installation
or handling are not covered by the warranty.

Phobya direct service

Additionally to the usual reclamation procedure via your retailer Phobya also offers
direct support via Email/telephone and replaces defective products directly. To use
the Phobya direct support a registration at the Phobya homepage may be required.
The Phobya direct service has many advantages:
