Safety and warranty
Due to our constant quality controls we are able to offer a product that is outstandingly safe. This product was pressure-tested to ensure a
perfect seal. We give a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date). Should any feature of the product fail and/or inflict damage
to the hardware within this period of time. For any queries please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product. Please make sure
that the product is installed professionally or by a professional. Check the product for any damages or faults before installation and only install
the product if no faults were found. Damages to the product and/or the hardware due to unprofessional installation or handling are not covered
by the warranty.
1.3
Performance hints and extent of delivery
The Pure Performance kit is a compilation of different individual Phobya products of best choice.
- It contains the actual Nr.1 CPU-Waterblock (Reviewed by Hardwaremax 10/2012)
- It contains the quality proven Phobya DC12 pump which can be connected directly to the motherboard like a fan.
- It contains the newest radiator generation made of full copper which leads to remarkable cooling power and avoids the mixture of different
materials in the cooling circuit.

Removal of the original cooler
If you are upgrading an existent system the current cooler has to be removed before waterblock installation. Pleas e make sure that your
hardware is disconnected from any power sources. Always ground yourself before touching any hardware. Handle the CPU and Mainboard
with care. Do not use any tools that may damage the hardware. Remove any old thermal compound from the CPU and clean the contact
surfaces.

Preparation of the Mainboard and installation of the waterblock
If installation is done with the 4 installation-screws these must be mounted on the Mainboard before waterblock installation. Firstly the washer
must be placed on the screw. This washer provides a better distribution of pressure on the Mainboard. Now push the screw with the nut from
the rear side through the Mainboard and secure the screw with the hexagonal nut and plastic washer. Repeat with all 4 screws.
Apply a thin layer of thermal compound to the contact surface of the CPU. The thermal compound used must not be electrically conductive.
Remove the plastic layer on the back of the waterblock now.
Then place the waterblock onto the CPU. To secure the waterblock use a washer then a spring and again a washer and after that the nut for
each screw. Fasten the nut one turn and then switch over to the next nut and so on until the desired contact pressure is reached.
NOTE: The knurled nuts must always be fastened evenly and only so far that the spring is not completely compressed and approx. 11mm in
length.
