I cannot use a specific function provided on the T Phone 2 Pro.
Ensure that the corresponding function (e.g. Wi-Fi call) is supported by your
mobile service contract. If in doubt, contact your mobile service provider.
Ensure that no further accessories (e.g. headset) is required for the corre-
sponding function.
I cannot find a specific function provided.
The T Phone 2 Pro is provided with a search function. Tap on Settings and
enter the search term in the search term field.
A phone number from my contacts is not called.
Ensure that the phone number has been entered correctly in the contact list.
Ensure the correct international access code in the case of international call
numbers.
My T Phone 2 Pro cannot establish a connection to a mobile phone network
or "No service" is displayed.
Ensure that the T Phone 2 Pro is not in flight mode.
To connect to a mobile phone network, you must have a valid mobile phone
contract and adequate reception in a mobile phone network. If necessary,
change your location for better mobile service reception. If in doubt, contact
your mobile service provider. If you are outside the range of your mobile
phone network (e.g. when travelling abroad), it may be necessary for you to
activate the Roaming function. Please note that additional roaming charges
may accrue.
