Warranty (Continued)
Exclusion of Warranty
In the following cases, the terms of warranty are excluded in respect of the
T Phone 2 Pro:
Normal wear and tear of the T Phone 2 Pro, particularly in respect of power
loss of the battery.
Scratches on plastic surfaces and all other external parts, caused during
normal use of the T Phone 2 Pro.
Damage caused by improper use, misuse, negligence or accidents.
Completion of unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification work.
Defects caused by the use of third-party software which bypasses the
preinstalled system software ("Rooting").
Improper testing, operation or maintenance.
Incorrect connection, connecting the T Phone 2 Pro to an incorrect charg -
ing unit or other accessories which are not suitable for the T Phone 2 Pro.
Spilling foodstuffs or liquids, corrosion, rust or using the wrong voltage.
Damage caused by natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods or earth-
quakes.
The costs of repairs completed by workshops not authorised to do so
(designated service partners) by Telekom Deutschland GmbH will not be
reimbursed.
