Problem keeping the antenna in place

A magnet holds the antenna in place against the skin on the other side of the implanted
receiver.
If the antenna does not stay on:
1 - Tighten the magnet by turning it clockwise
2 - Ask your implantation center for a stronger magnet
If it is too tight:
1 - Loosen the magnet by unscrewing it in a counterclockwise direction
2 - Ask your implantation center for a new magnet
(a 5/4 strength magnet is supplied in the Saphyr® box)
Important: A detailed description of the problem must be included with any equipment
returned to your local distributor or Neurelec's customer service department.
Note: If skin irritation or redness appears while using the device, we recommend changing
the strength of the magnet.
