gedrückt bleibt. In diesem Fall entfernen Sie
die Kupplung der Zuleitung aus dem
Aufbaustecker (43). Der Stecker ist als
Phasenwender ausgelegt. Durch Einstecken
und Drehen eines Schlitzschraubenziehers
werden zwei Phasen gewendet und die
Drehrichtung umgekehrt. Danach wird die
Kupplung
der
angeschlossen. Nun läßt sich die Anlage
mittels des „START" Tasters einschalten.
Falls sich kein Druck im Kessel befindet,
beginnt der Kompressor zu arbeiten.
Der Ventilator wird mittels des „STERN
DREIECK"
Schalters
Schaltschrank der Kraftstation eingeschaltet.
Es ist sehr wichtig, dass genügend Zeit
zwischen dem Umschalten von „STERN"
auf „DREIECK" abgewartet wird. Erst
wenn sich die Drehzahl des Ventilators nicht
mehr erhöht darf auf „DREIECK" geschaltet
werden. Nach erfolgreichem Hochfahren
kann mit Ihrer Arbeit begonnen werden.
Der Staubbehälter (96 oder 121) der
Absauganlage R2D2 muss bei Bedarf geleert
werden. Die Leerungsintervalle sind von der
Anwendung (Staubmenge) abhängig.
Es dürfen nur trockene Stäube oder trockenes
Material abgesaugt werden. Bei nassen oder
stark verölten Stäuben blockieren oder
zerstören Sie im schlimmsten Fall die
Filterpatronen.
4.1
Varianten des Staubauffangens
Grundsätzlich
sind
Staubsammlung mit dem R2D2 möglich. Die
eine füllt einfach den Staubbehälter (96 oder
121) mit Staub und der volle Behälter kann
dann beispielsweise in einen Container
entleert werden. Die zweite Variante füllt
einen im Staubbehälter befindlichen Sack,
der, wenn gefüllt zugeschnürt und dann als
ganzes entsorgt werden kann. Variante eins
produziert weniger Müll in Form von
Plastiksäcken.
Variante
Problemstäube, die möglichst nicht in die
Umwelt treten dürfen auf eine elegante Art
und Weise.

there is no pressure in the air tank, the
compressor starts to work.
To change the rotation at the US version you
have to change the position of the reverse
switch (189) on the connection box.
Turn the star-delta switch (161) in the „star"
position. The motor begins to turn. Wait
approximately 10 seconds before you turn
the switch into the „delta" position. It is
important to wait long enough before you
switch over from the "star" to the "delta"
position. Wait until the motor is not
increasing the speed any more before you
switch over. You can now start to work.
The dust bin (96 or 121) of the R2D2 has to
be emptied during operation. How often
depends on the amount of dust produced
during the application.
Only dry dust or dry material can be removed
by the R2D2. Wet or greasy dust blocks or in
the worst case destroys the filter cartridges.
4.1
Variations of the dust collection
Basically there are two methods of collecting
the dust with the R2D2. The first one simply
fills the dust container (96 or 121) with dust
which can then be emptied. The second
method fills a bag within a bin. When the bag
is full it can be sealed with a string and then
disposed of into a container. Method one
reduces waste in the form of plastic bags,
method two reduces the possibility of
problematic dust escaping into the air.
