5.1
Riementrieb
Der Riementrieb (33) muss, wenn zu locker,
nachgespannt werden. Dazu muss das Blech
an der Rückseite der Kraftstation entfernt
werden.
Lösen
Befestigungsschrauben des Antriebmotors.
Nur lösen, nicht entfernen. Lösen Sie die
Kontermutter der Spannschraube, die sich
zwischen Motor und Ventilator befindet und
drehen Sie diese so lange im Uhrzeigersinn,
bis der Riemen ordnungsgemäß gespannt ist.
Er sollte sich auf halben Weg zwischen den
Riemenscheiben nicht mehr als 1 cm hin und
her
bewegen
lassen.
Befestigungsschrauben des Motors wieder
anziehen,
überprüfen
Riemenscheibe des Ventilators noch mit der
Riemenscheibe
des
Eventuell muß die Scheibe durch drehen oder
Verschieben des Motors justiert werden.
5.2
Kompressor
Beim Kompressor (19, 21) muss im
Wesentlichen nur der Ölstand kontrolliert
und der Tank
entwässert werden. In
wöchentlichen Abständen sollte außerdem
der
Luftfilter
gereinigt
Informationen
dazu
Kompressorhandbuch im Anhang.
5.3
Wasserabscheider
Der Wasserabscheider (23) der Anlage sorgt
dafür,
dass
Wasser
Druckluftabreinigung in die Innenseite der
Filterpatronen gerät. Die Füllmenge muß
regelmäßig überprüft und der Abscheider
gegebenenfalls (je nach Luftfeuchtigkeit)
mehrmals am Tag entleert werden. Dazu
öffnen Sie das Ventil an der Unterseite des
Abscheiders.

Maintenance
5.1 Belt drive
The belt drive (33) has to be tensioned
periodically. Loosen the four screws which
fix the motor to two rails. Only loosen the
screws, don't remove them. Loosen the nut of
the tensioning screw in between the motor
and the ventilator and turn the screw
clockwise until the belt has the correct
tension. The belt shouldn't move more than
one centimetre half way in between the
pulleys. Before tightening the motor foot
screws check if the two pulleys of the motor
and ventilator are still in line. If they are not
in line change the position of the motor on
the rails until the right position is found.
5.2 Compressor
The oil level of the compressor (19, 21) has
to be checked and the water inside the tank
has to be emptied regularly. The airfilter
should be cleaned on a weekly basis). All
necessary information is given in the
compressor manual in the appendix.
5.3 Water separator
The water separator (23) of the R2D2
separates the water from the compressed air
and makes sure that no water will be pressed
inside the filter cartridges. The separator has
to be checked on a regular basis and the tank
has to be emptied when full. The speed with
which the tank fills with water depends on
the moisture of your location. To empty the
tank open the valve on the bottom side of the
separator.
