Blending Shaft:
• Release the attachment from the main unit.
• To clean the blending shaft, wash by hand using warm, soapy water or place on the top
rack of the dishwasher.
Whisk attachment:
• To clean the whisk attachment, detach the metal whisk from the gearbox by pulling the
pieces.
• To clean the gearbox, simply wipe with a damp cloth. To clean the metal whisk, wash with
warm, soapy water or place on the top rack of the dishwasher.
• Do not submerge the gearbox in water or any other liquids.
• To simplify cleaning, rinse the attachment immediately after use so food does not dry on it.
With the gearbox still connected to attachment, pull the inner blade our slightly from the
unit while turning clockwise to release.
• Wash the attachment with warm, soapy water and a soft bristle brush if necessary, or place
on the top rack of dishwasher. Do not use any sharp, metal objects. Dry thoroughly and
reassemble when ready to use.
Only the following parts are dishwasher safe:
• Measuring cup;
• Chopper attachment blade
• Chopper attachment bowl
• Whisk (Stainless Steel)
STORAGE:
Allow the appliance to cool down completely and clean it before storage.
If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on
a regular basis. This helps maintain battery performance. Do not leave your hand blender
uncharged for an extended period of time, as it will affect the life of the rechargeable battery.
If your hand blender is not used for a long time, please fully charge it every 3 months. Please
fully charge the battery after running out. If the battery runs out, it will not operate while it is
plugged in and charging.
Store your product in the original case provided.
INSTRUCTIONS
Before first-time use:
• Make sure the blender is charged before using it: connect it to an adapter and charge it.
The battery indicator light flashes in green during charging, and lights up permanently
when the appliance is fully charged.
• Wipe the main unit with a clean, damp cloth to remove any dirt or dust. Dry it thoroughly
with a soft, absorbent cloth. Carefully clean all the attachments (except for the whisk holder)
in warm soapy water. Take care when handling the blending shaft, as the blades are very
sharp.

How to use:
• Unlock the appliance first by pressing the safety lock button. Then press the on/off button
to start blending.
• Use the speed control button to adjust the blending speed, either before or during opera-
tion.
Attachments:
Blending shaft – For blending/mixing tasks such as pureeing fruits and vegetables, mixing
sauces, dressings, smoothies, and blending soups to a smooth consistency. Also ideal for
combining dry ingredients and frothing milk.
Whisk attachment – For incorporating air. Can be used to whip cream, egg whites for me-
ringues, batters or mousses, plus any other tasks for which you would normally use a manual
whisk.
Chopper attachment – Suited for chopping harder foods, such as meat, cheese, onion,
herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes, etc.
NOTES:
• When the battery indicator flashes red, the battery is less than 10% charged and needs to
be charged before the appliance becomes unresponsive.
• This appliance has been optimized for usage times of 3 minutes, separated by intervals. Do
not exceed 3 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating.
