Es wurde speziell für den aquaristischen Gebrauch entwickelt und von Fachleuten erprobt. Mit Hilfe des Reaktors können dauerhafte Kulturen von Phyto- oder Zooplankton zur Fütterung von Jungfischen oder filtrierenden Tieren hergestellt werden.
