Step 1: Use two M10*100 Semicircular head inner hexagon screw , two flat washers and two
plum blossom knobs to fix the Long rod combination with the two support frame combination.
The tool is a 6# Allen wrench. (As shown on the right)
Step 2: Install the assembled pull-up bar on the wall at the desired height and mark the hole
positions. Use an electric drill to drill eight holes at appropriate heights on the wall and secure
them with eight expansion screws.
