When experiencing problems, consult the following before contacting technical support�

No picture and no sound
Normal picture, but no sound
Monitor suddenly switches off
After switching on, the picture appears

Poor colour or image quality
Horizontal/vertical bars or image wobbling
No output from one of the speakers

Possible Solution
• Ensure that the monitor is properly supplied with power�
• Switch on the monitor�
• Adjust the picture settings�
• Check the volume setting�
• Ensure that the sleep timer function is deactivated�
• Ensure that the monitor is properly supplied with power�
• Ensure that the HDMI/DP cable is plugged in correctly�
