COMPUTER OPERATION

FUNCTIONAL KEYS:

MODE - to select functions.

SET - To set the values for time, distance and calories when not in scan mode. Pressing the SET button increases the
target values, pressing the MODE button confirms the set values.

RESET - press and hold for 3 sec to reset time, distance and calories.

RECOVERY - when the console receives a pulse signal, press the key to enter the recovery function. In the Time window,
a countdown from 60 sec to 0 is displayed, after which a value for the recovery ability from F1 (very good) to F6
(insufficient) is displayed. Press the Recovery key again to return to the original mode.
DISPLAYS AND OPERATION:
1. Press the "MODE" button until the word "SCAN" appears on the left side of the monitor - the values for time, speed,
distance, odometer, calories, RPM and pulse are now displayed alternately for 6 sec. each. Pressing the MODE button on
one of the values, it will be displayed permanently:
2. TIME: Shows the time from the beginning of the training from 0:00 - 99:59 min
3. SPEED: Display of the current speed from 0:00 - 99:99 km/h
4. DISTANCE: display of distances from 0:00 - 99:99 km
5. ODOMETER: The monitor displays the total accumulated distance from 0 - 9999 km. After the battery is reinserted, the
value is reset to zero
6. CALORIES: Shows the calories burned from 0 - 999.99 kCal
7. RPM: shows the cadence in revolutions per minute from 0 - 999
8. PULSE: Shows the user's current heart rate value from 60 - 240 bpm (the reading cannot be considered a basis for medical
treatment).
NOTICE:
1. When the battery symbol lights up on the display, please replace the battery.
2. The monitor will turn off automatically if no signal is received after 2 minutes.
3. The monitor turns on automatically when you start training.
4. If you interrupt the training for 4 seconds, the display will stop the calculation and a "STOP" will appear on the screen.
When you resume the training, the display automatically starts the calculations and the "STOP" disappears.
