 Do not clean with corrosive or abrasive products. These products may damage the
surface.
 Clean the equipment only with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
Please read these instructions before use and save them for future reference.
 Make sure that the trampoline has been correctly assembled correctly, in accordance with
the instruction manual.
 This trampoline must be installed on a flat,level surface. If the floor is uneven,
movements of the frame may cause stress on the joint zones. If necessary, protect fragile
floor surfaces (laminated, parquet,etc.) by covering them with a non-slip mat.
 Do not exceed the maximum weight of 120 kg.
 Do not use the trampoline with more than one person at a time.
 Do not wear glasses on the trampoline.
 Do not fall onto your knees, as this can cause injuries.
 Do not use the trampoline outside.
 Do not perform somersaults - you risk serious injury.
 Do not let anyone climb under the trampoline, or sit, stand or lie on its frame when the
trampoline is being used by someone else.
 Do not use the trampoline after having consumed alcohol, drugs or medication that
may impair your judgment.
 Always wear socks and comfortable clothing when using the trampoline.
 Always remove your jewellery when using the trampoline.
 Always jump in the centre of the trampoline.
 Never wear shoes when using the trampoline.
 This trampoline is not intended for children under the age of 14.
 This exercise device cannot be considered a toy in any circumstances.
 This device is not designed to be used by people with sensory or mental deficiencies or
who lack experience and/or competence. These individuals may use the device under the
supervision of an adult who is responsible for their safety and who can explain the correct
operation if necessary.
 Pregnant women should not use this device.

If you experience nausea, pain in the chest or limbs, palpitations or other symptoms,
