ATTENTION: The device will not operate without turning the timer knob (10) from the zero
position to the required cooking period.

Before first use
1. Place the device keeping the free spaces described in point 20.
1. Wash and dry the tray (7) and rack (8). Plug in the device.
2. During first use, operate your device for 30 minutes at the highest temperature, empty oven with the door (5) closed. It is
recommended to let the device get rid of all residues of oil from the production process. Odor and smoke forms in the first use are
normal.
3. Properly ventilate the area.
4. During operation, except for the first use described above: Do not operate the device when it is empty for longer than is necessary to
reach the desired temperature level in recipes that require it.
Usage:
1. Place the device keeping the free spaces described in point 20.
2. Adjust the temperature by turning the temperature knob (9) from 0 to 230 degrees Celsius, according to the recipe and your own
cooking experience.
3. Select one from the available 5 heating programs: by turning the knob (12) to the proper position:
12a. – Upper heating element only
12b. – Lower heating element only
12c. – Upper + Lower heating elements
12d. – Upper heating elements + convection
12e. - Upper + Lower heating elements + convection
3. Place the baking tray (7) or the rack (8) on the trails (3) in the oven properly. If you use your own container for the food place it on the
rack (8).
4. Close the oven glass door (5).
5. Turn the timer knob (10) clockwise to set the cooking time from 0 to 60 minutes
!!! ATTENTION: The device will not work without moving the timer knob (10) from the zero position to the required cooking time.
6. The power lamp (11) will light on.
7. Regularly check the cooking food for proper baking
8. After the cooking time is over, turn all knobs settings to zero position. Plug off the device.
9. Take out the cooked food with special attention, and use gloves to protect yourself against the high temperature of the device
surfaces.
