Servicing
Please check the following before calling for additional services:
1. Place a cup of water (approximately 150 ml) in a glass measuring cup in the oven and close the
door tightly. The lamp should go out when the door is closed properly. Let the microwave work for 1
minute.
2. Check if the lamp is on and working.
3. Check if the cooling fan is working. (Place your hand over the rear vents).
4. Check if the turntable is rotating. (The turntable can rotate clockwise or counter clockwise. This is
quite normal).
5. Check if the water in the microwave oven is hot. If everything has been checked with the above
instructions and it still does not work, check the socket and fuse in the meter box.
If both the outlet and the fuse are working properly, please contact the seller.
Servicing safeguards
Caution: microwave radiation
1. The high voltage capacitor remains charged after disconnection. Short the negative terminal of
the HV capacitor with the oven chassis (use a screwdriver) to discharge before touching it.
2. During maintenance, the parts listed below can be removed and allow access to voltages above
250V.
Magnetron.

High voltage transformer.

High voltage capacitor.

High voltage diode.

High voltage fuse.

3. The following conditions can cause excessive exposure to microwaves during maintenance:.
Incorrect placement of the microwave oven;

Incorrect matching of door lock, door hinge and door;

Improper installation of switch bracket;

Door, door seal or housing has been damaged.

