Slide carrier/heel spring assembly into
the foot shell

Use a suitable lever to encourage
the heel spring into the location
in the foot shell

Fit attachment plate into groove around
foot shell aperture. Ensure glide sock does
not get trapped when assembling to female
pyramid part.
10 Dis-assembly Instructions
Ease the cosmesis attachment plate from the foot shell to gain access to the pyramid adjustment
screws for adjustment or dis-assembly. Dis-assembly is the reverse of assembly.

Press heel spring into
location in shell as shown

Bond foam cosmesis to top surface of the
attachment plate after assembling to pylon
as shown using Thixofix adhesive (926204)
or equivalent and shape to suit. Do not
adhere plate or foam
to foot shell.
