Countermeasure
Check the functionality of fuses, terminals
or supply lines
Check the motor rating plate data, change
the supply voltage
Check the terminal board wiring
Change the trigger value of the circuit
breaker or replace the circuit breaker.
Reduce throttling
Check the functionality of fuses, terminals
or supply lines
Open and clean compressor lid
Change roller bearing
Reduce throttling. Clean filters, silencers,
air supply lines.
Check winding
Open and clean compressor lid
Check direction of rotation, exchange con-
necting cables if necessary
Seal the system
Change radial shaft seal ring
Clean filters, sieve, silencers, air supply
lines.
Conversion of pressure values, contact
with the manufacturer
Clean impeller, have it replaced when worn
Clean pipes or hoses or enlarge cross sec-
tion.
Clean silencer.
Renew roller bearing
Renew spring elements
Renew radial shaft seal ring
Check seal and replace if necessary or re-
tighten screws.
Clean fan cowl, fan outlet and cooling fins.
Check minimum clearances (see chapter
"Installation")
Provide a suitable vacuum or pressure re-
lief valve.
Clean filters, sieve, silencers, air supply
lines.
Check ambient conditions, compare with
rating plate data
