4.1.1 Inserting / Replacing batteries
Remove the battery compartment cover
on the rear side and insert two batteries
(2  ×  1.5 V, size AAA) as indicated in the
compartment.
Never put batteries in the house-
hold waste. To protect the environ-
ment, always take them to a spe-
cial waste disposal, e. g. collection
container at your retailer.
4.1.2 Address assignment
For operation by means of the remote con-
trol, each LED panel requires an address be-
tween 1 and 99. If multiple panels are to be
controlled together, the same address can be
assigned to as many panels as desired. Thus,
it is possible to define 99 panel groups that
are differently controlled.
1) Switch off the panels (i. e. disconnect
them from the mains) to which the
same address is to be assigned for more
than 3 seconds, and then switch them
on again. Then perform steps 2 and 3
within 10 seconds!
2) Use the buttons 1 – 9, 0 to select the de-
sired address (1 – 99) and then press the
button ID.
3) Repeat step 2; as a confirmation of the
input, the panel will briefy get dark.
4) Then, within 10 seconds, switch off the
panel again (i. e. disconnect it from the
mains). The address assignment will be
saved.
5) After another 5 seconds, the panel can
again be connected to the mains. The
panel can then be operated by means of
the remote control.
6) To assign a different address to other pan-
els, repeat steps 1 to 5.

4.1.3 Operation with multiple LEDP-99RC
Multiple remote controls may be used to op-
erate the panels from different locations in
the room. The programming of the remote
control that was used for address assign-
ment of the panels must be transferred to
the additional remote controls:
